Vega Energy is focused on investing in existing scalable U.S. upstream and midstream oil and gas assets. Vega Energy currently has controlled operating investments in Texas, Oklahoma, and California and a non-operated working interest Offshore Nigeria.
Vega Energy is currently focused on growing its conventional producing assets in Moore County, Texas through a multi well shallow development drilling program over the next few years. Additionally, we are reactivating production from multiple wells on the Altoona Lease in Kern County, California by performing workovers, cleanouts and restimulations. Consistent with what Vega Energy has done to date, we continue to target producing assets where we can leverage shallow, conventional drilling opportunities with low geological risk as well as field level remediation projects to drive stable, long-life cash flow and build long-term asset value.
Vega Energy’s midstream operations currently consist of an oil reclamation and saltwater disposal facility located in Wilson County, Oklahoma. Vega Energy plans to increase monthly volumes from 2,000 to 10,000 barrels per month over the next seven months. We are currently focused on evaluating numerous synergistic bolt-on acquisitions to this platform as well as investments in midstream associated with our upstream assets.

Our core area of operation is in the Texas Panhandle where we own and operate hundreds of shallow oil and gas wells and a significant amount of infrastructure including gathering systems, power lines, disposal wells, workover rigs, water trucks, and much more to support our operation.
